Removed 2 retaining walls consisting of railroad ties and treated timbers. Replaced walls with boulders approximately 80′ along the shoreline and another wall approximately 20′ back from the shoreline which was approx. 60′ long by 5′ high. Steps that were treated timbers were replaced with stone steps. In addition, added a 12′ paver patio and added a firepit. Also added accent lighting and landscaped some areas.
